Submit motion to strike with answer to complaint?
Date: Wed, 08/18/2010 - 07:01
I am planning to submit my Answer with Affirmative Defenses by the end of the week and was wondering if I can also submit a Motion to Strike a bill of sale from the jdb that was attached to the complaint? I called my local clerk and they would not give me ANY answers. I am assuming they need to be seperate docs which I have done already, its more a question of proper timing and or procedure I am unsure of.
