af group contacted me and said that im being sued for credit card with continent credit . he said i can settle if i send $900.00 to an account and im tried to find out if this is even a legal business

I haven't heard much about AF Group. There are chances that they can be a scam. Don't fall prey to these people. Don't send them any money immediately. Ask them to validate the debt. You can also contact your local courthouse and check out if they have filed a lawsuit against you.
