i recently got a credit report and afni was on there for a t moble bill i never had an account for because at the time the account was open i was in prizon and wasnt possible they also just changed the date on it to 2 yrs ago when before it was 07 what can i do if i should do anything???????
You have to send a debt
You have to send a debt validation letter via CMRRR to the collection agency. You also need to check if somebody opened the account in your name when you were in prison.
Hit AFNI with a DV request in
Hit AFNI with a DV request in writing via CMRRR and dispute the trade line in writing with the credit bureaus.
