Has anyone been able to negotiate a settlement for a lower amount on a accont after a default judgement?
A settlement could be negotiated with the claimant's lawyer. I g
A settlement could be negotiated with the claimant's lawyer. I guess this can be done even after achieving a default judgment. At the same time, I'm not quite sure as to what degree they'd like to negotiate with you.
