Question regarding Medical Collections KY

I have 3 accounts being handled by the same collection agency in Louisville, KY. I originally set up a repayment plan in which I agreed to making payments higher than what I can afford because I was told the agency is a pay in full agency and doesn't make payment arrangements. I've made one payment and will continue making monthly payments, but I can't afford what I originally agreed to. Can this agency take me to court if I am sending payments faithfully for less than what was originally agreed to? Any advice? I tried calling and speaking to them today and they told me that if I break the agreement originally set there will not be another payment plan offered.

If you breach a contract which is already in place, they can take you to court if they choose to. Your only option is to see if they can consider your case.
