This is what I believe to be a "parent" company of allied interstate. There is a consumer advocacy number if you click on contact us at the bottom of the page. They SHOULD be able to help you with regards to any issues that they have! I have not had my issue resolved yet., but I have only just spoke with someone. Cross your fingers.
