has anyone ever had to deal with alliance assett managment?? i had bad expirences with them i took a loan out with the cash store (a store front payday loan) out and defulted my account got turned over to these guys and a guy name mr jones was very rude he woundt work with freedom point and wanted the payment in full or i was going to get sued..i switched to t &c and havent heard from them recently

Did you get anything in writing from the collection agency about this debt that you have? If you haven't received anything in your mail, send a debt validation letter to their mailing address. Though the debt might be valid, but the company must prove that they have got the exact details from your loan company and they are doing a genuine collections. Here is the address.
