Question again on all state management group

I got the letter they sent where we agreed to pay what we owed to cash supply. it wasnt signed by anyone just said we agreed to pay. Had the act # from cash supply and all states case # the po box and where they are at. It was a payday loan on the internet in 2008 we did and couldnt pay it back. When they called they said they either had to have the money or we would be served with a summons in the next day or 2. After reading all this we decided to cancel that debit card we gave them..i been hearing shady stuff about these agencies doing these kinda scare tactics...im worried we will get a summons now that we canceled the card....when i asked for their actual address he asked why i wanted it,,,im in pa btw...the email they sent also just had a @gmail...and no ones name but the allstatemgtgroup.............has anyone heard of this group...the # is 855-602-7999
