this is what im typing to fredrick kelly.. he collecting for american webcash i live in mn and american web cash is very illegal and not licensed anywhere there based out of costa rica..

This is regarding American web cash which is assigned to your office for collections. After doing further research I found out American Web Cash is not licensed in the state of Minnesota or in any state there not even located in the us thus making the contract I signed with them null and void. Your law firm was attempting to collect on a illegal debit let alone after doing research your firm (Law offices of Fredrick Kelly) IS not licensed to collect of practice law in Minnesota making your collection efforts illegal as well.
I am demanding a refund of all payments made to your firm in a form of a paper check to the address above and I will have no further conversation regarding this account with you. You will cease and desist all forms of communication with me except when mailing a refund, and I will enforce this to the letter of the law. I am aware of the fdcpa and if this shows up on my credit report I will take immediate action against your firm.

I would change it to read "is not licensed to practice law (instead of "of", unless that was merely a typo)
Other than that it sounds pretty good. Not sure if you can obtain a refund however, but then again I'm not that savvy when it comes to PDL law.
