I received a phone call @ work & they said that they were with American Credit Services and they threatened me about a online payday loan that I paid off months ago! The phone # they called from was 408-625-4862 and the guy's name was Daniel Hunter. He told me that by 5 o'clock tomorrow that my case was going to be downloaded in the system and that they were going to fax information to my job about criminal charges about this account and have me fired!!!!!!!!! Has anyone received any calls like this?

Thanks.... Just a week ago I got a call from the "DA" Network and when I track the number down, it was to a gift shop in New York City and that number was 716-725-0346!! How can these people get that information??
