Amex debt payment

We agreed for $125 to be drawn out of our account for my daughter's debt. The withdrew $125 3 times every month without our permission and they continue to violate their own agreement with us.

Is this agreement in writing? The first and most important rule of coming to any agreement is to get it in writing! Plus, if this is a debt collector, you should have never given out your bank info just for this reason.
First, inform your bank that two of those withdrawals are without your consent. Your bank should investigate and return your money to you.
Send the company a letter revoking your authorization for them to withdraw from your account and send a copy to your bank.
This doesn't sound like a typical tactic of a OC...have you spoken to them? Is it Amex doing this or a debt collector and if a collector then who is it?
