AMR & BACS are both crooked

I have had the same problem with AMR and bay area credit. AMR turned my bill over to bay area credit while I was paying $100.00 per month on my bill, and never missed a monthly payment. For whatever reason, they just sent it to bay area credit after they cashed my fourth check. Now they have added interest on the bill also -- neither AMR or BACS should be in business - both are crooked and fraudelent.

If the agreement you signed included interest charges, how can that be crooked? And once you are dealing with a bad debt, they can place you with any collection agency they want at any time....absolutely nothing crooked or fraudulent about that
