annoying phone calls

Can you tell whether or not you had taken a payday loan? You can send them a ???debt validation letter???. If they can???t validate your debt, you can mail them a ???cease and desist??? letter, asking them to stop calling you. Mention that if they don???t stop calling you, you can sue them. Send the letters through certified mail, requesting a return receipt. You can also check if the company is affiliated with the Better Business Bureau.
