answering lawsuit in Texas

Does anyone know if it is true that when a debt collector files a suit in Texas that they must include the original agreement that shows that they are owed the debt? I was served by the JP court for credit card debt and need to formulate an answer. If they are supposed to have included that I could file a motion to dismiss, right? Any help would be appreciated!

I have no idea if a collector needs to produce the original agreement when filing suit but in case you doubt the validity of the debt for which you are being sued, you can always ask for validation during discovery in court.
