I applied for a loan and was told I would be approved in anticipation I transferred money from my debit card to my checking I found out 2 days later that the loan was denied I now owe the bank 7,000 dollars but the money cane through all at once I just assumed I got the loan I was so thrilled now the bank wants their money I have sent them the loan information. That I applied for it but they don't care they want to charge off the account and charge for fraud this not the case what can I do I hve been sending payments of 300.0 dollars

What type of loan was this? Thru your bank or some other type of lender?? I dont understand how you can transfer money that you dont have. Your debit card is tied to an account and as a general rule you cannot transfer what you do not have.

You owe the funds...you should never spend loan proceeds until they are deposited into your account.

You see when I transferred the funds from my non checking debit card the bank made the funds available so I assummed the loan had gone through it was an online bank meta bank the woman who did the loan over the phone assured me that the funds would be avaialble when I was approved. But then I received an email saying I was not. Its so confusing
