still getting calls after a arbertration

was there an arbitration hearing?or
did you just get a notice of arbitration?

By arbertration, do you mean debt settlement? And when you say you're still getting calls after the fact, does that mean the settlement process is done, or still going on?

as i take it the arbitration is over .. just never got the paperwork for that part ( in another state) now theres a law office calling me ( at work ) grrrrr. says they want $200. a month or will garnish my husbands wages .. hubby is only bringing home just over $1000. a month. I also work but they didn't treaten me.we also have two children living at home. they said that they will garnish him about 25% of his income.
i never got a letter from the law office so this just blow me... any ideas?

If they won the arbitration then they must take it to court to have it turned into a judgement. What state did this happen in?

did you get anything in writing concerning the arbitration?there should be contact info on there.find out what happened.you should have been sent notice of the arbitration and the result of the arbitration.

the arbitration was in N.y and i live in ohio. and i never recall getting the final judgement.
