Help with Arbitration

I am being sued for a credit card balance. The arbitration is in PA.
I have a question about what the Lawyer can do. Can the lawyer look up other records of me in the arbitration and use it against me? Say I had a credit card balance in the past?
Or does the plantiff have to stick with just the issue at hand?

First send a letter rejecting arbitration. Make them show you a

Where do you live? Can you challenge the venue of arbitration?
Second the debt in question is the only matter the past or pending problem is irrelevant.

Do you htink I have a shot if they can not come up with a signed document? They do have statements, but I'm certain they are not my statements.
