I am being sued for a credit card balance. The arbitration is in PA.

I have a question about what the Lawyer can do. Can the lawyer look up other records of me in the arbitration and use it against me? Say I had a credit card balance in the past?

Or does the plantiff have to stick with just the issue at hand?

Thank you in advance.

First send a letter rejecting arbitration. Make them show you a signed document that says you agree to it.

Where do you live? Can you challenge the venue of arbitration?

Second the debt in question is the only matter the past or pending problem is irrelevant.
