Arbitration withdrawal with prejudice

If I have entered into a FINRA arbitration case and then withdraw with prejudice, can I then later enter into a class action suite against the same party?
Or am I blocked by the withdrawal with prejudice of the initial arbitration?

Though you withdrew from the arbitration lawsuit, you can enter
Though you withdrew from the arbitration lawsuit, you can enter into a class action lawsuit against them. I will suggest you to contact the attorney of the case and clarify your situation.
