I just received a call from Ashley Randolph who stated she was with Accounts Receivable Management. She must be a very unhappy woman with the tone she spoke to me in. I was just nice to her & that seemed to rile her more. She gave me a call back # of 866-679-4046 regarding a payday loan balance she is collecting on for PayCheck Today. Does anyone have a contact address for me to send / fax a cease & desist letter?


You can send the cease and desist letter to 155 Mid Atlantic Parkway, Thorofare, New Jersey - 08086 or fax them at 856-687-1000. I think that you should send them a C&D letter only if you are sure that you do not owe them any money because as far as I know, sending a C&D will move the case to legal status.

actually sc,paychecktoday is an illegal internet loan.i hardly think that this CA can take legal action.unless they go the improper service or venue route.
