CA not reporting on CR???

I have an old debt that was sent off to Arrow Financial, well when they couldn't reach me by phone (after about 200 calls from them) they then sent it off to some attorney's office here in Florida. I am about to DV them tomorrow but I am so confused, neither Arrow or the attorney is reporting this on my CR. If they could legally collect this debt and show validation, wouldn't they be reporting??

The can report to CBR but the are not obligated. Seems you caug
