on 4/16/2010 arrow sued me for some money i owed to gemoney
the amount owed was not the amount they sued me for they now have a lian on are property gemoney was sent back by aspen dentiel offer 3/4 of the money do to i did not have the work done on my theet
they never took off any moneys what can i do to reopen the law suit


Soaplady knows it all. You must respond to summons and show up in court, otherwise a default judgment could be won against you. You must also remember that this judgment holds an interest attached with it. The interest will get accrued on your account if you don't intend on paying off your debt. Your real estate attorney should be able to explain the state norms regarding such property lien.
