can arrow financial take my wages and bank account if i never went to court and was never served and now they say they are taking my bank account or house or wages it has been more than 7 years and this was in my bankruptcy.

No they can't...and even communicating/dunning you is a violation of the bankrutpcy discharge. Have you sent them a copy of your bankrutpcy discharge??
