I am getting harrassed by somebody claiming to be a debt collector from Arrowhead Investments. They say they deposited money into an account in 2007 but I just opened an account with this bank in 2008. Now they are threatening me with jail time. Can somebody please help me or give me some advice.

First and foremost......YOU CAN NOT BE TAKEN TO JAIL FOR ANY DEBT. Now with that out of the way, Check you bank account history and see if they did deposit money into it. Put an ACH block on your account. If they did not put money into this account and they have no information on this account then you can just ignore them.
