ARS?

I've gotten a couple of very long messages on my cell from this company...it goes on and on about "if you are not this person, it is illegal to listen to this message"...that type of thing. They say they are from ARS, but don't say who that is, what/who the represent, etc., just leave these never-ending messages. Well, they just called my office number...same thing..."if you are not this person, you must hang up immediately", etc. Has anyone had contact with them and have any idea of who they represent, etc.? Any help would be great...thanks!
