After a debt is validated?

Ok so I am working on the last 2 of my creditors one ARS National Services has just sent back my validation request with all the information of payments and balance etc. What is my next step? I owe roughly $1600 from an account with Dell. What is your advice?

Was the "validation" documentation from the original creditor, or was this material that ARS manufactured? Are there any additional fees (e.g. late fees, interest, etc.) that have been added to the alleged debt by ARS? Has ARS provided any documents showing they have title to the debt (e.g. you wouldn't buy a car and pay someone for it unless they proved they owned the vehicle right)?
