Midland Funding

I was just reading these post about Midland funding, as i am dealing with them as we speak. They have had an attorney come after me with a summons to respond on behalf of midland Funding. I have responded to the summons, and in return the attorney in my state have now sent another questionaire basically, asking me to admitt to living my this county, i owned this account etc. How would i handle this situation at this point? I'm just now seeing all this info about Midland and want to make sure i can stop them in their tracks.
