Asset Accept Garnishing wages

Hello,
My name is Donna. I hope you are still active in giving advice about debt collection & if so I hope my case isn't hopeless.
Asset Acceptance LLC is currently ( since April 12 2013) garnishing my husband's pay check without us knowing:
1) What this debt is- they said Citibank credit card , I said it may be fraud -which is true. Asset said they have no part in whether it's fraud or not they won judgement.
2) We were NEVER served with papers to appear in court as Asset didn't have a recent address on us for 2 years. When I spoke to them the address they sent notice of court to was one we never lived at & one wew moved away from 2 years ago.
3) The garnishment is $600.00 take home bi -weekly. It's unafforadle for my family to live on $1,200 per month less.
4) A Marshall in our area ( Queens, NY) has the case & sent the garnish order but refuses to speak to me or my husband- they just say the collection was won in court.
Please help me in any way you can. Not only do I not think this is our debt , we weren't notified & are living on $900.00 per month
( family of 4 ) after garnish.

Pretty simple...if your
Pretty simple...if your husband was not served (check the court dockets) you have the right to motion the court to have the judgment set aside for lack of service. However, asset could just just turn around and file against him again.
How is this account fraud?? You did not explain that...
