My lawyer told me to hold my payments with AACC. THEY WILL FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY IN THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2011. COMPANY WILL NOT SURVIVE ONE MORE YEAR OF OPERATION.

Well... I haven't heard of any such news which states that Asset Acceptance LLC is going to file bankruptcy. You may stop making payments to them but if they don't file bankruptcy in the second quarter of 2011, then you will be in a difficult situation.
