I started receiving calls in 2008 regarding a delinquent account at Bally's. i remember that the people had me sign some documents and i did not really pay too much attention because they just affirmed the "MONTH to MONTH" payments, never that i was going to FINANCE a gym membership. They did send me the contract i signed with them BUT i noticed that where it shows AMOUNT FINANCED there is no signature on or around this page at all. Nor does it have a title of "FEDERAL TRUTH IN LENDING DISCLOSURE" I was taking a look at my other credit contracts "CAR" and "Furniture Store" both of these have these disclosures with my signature clearly on or around the FTILD. I guess my question is...Is this contract applicable or can i explain to them that i was LIED and TRICKED by the Bally's representative?
