How old is this debt and was it made when you had your maiden name? When I sent a DV letter, they had the wrong address but I put my correct address on the envelope. When I say wrong address, they misspelled it.

The SOL doesn't mean you aren't responsible for the debt. It means they cannot file suit against you after that time has passed. They can continue to collect the debt for 7-7.5 years.
