collection calls

I do not owe a debt. I get calls, sometimes more than one per day from asset management legal department. They are for a man that over 10 years ago dated my husband's ex wife. He is not a friend nor a relative. I have asked many times to be removed from the list. At times as little as an hour may pass between calls for him. I have called them back, tried everything I know to remove myself. I have gone through this for a couple of years now. How do I sever my phone number from this bum?
