My concerns are the following how do I answer to the summons?
Do I send a letter or is there a form to fill out?
My father has Diabetes so he cannot be dealing with all these court things is there any way I can appear in court instead of him if necessary?
Is it too late to try to make arrangements with the law firm?
Please help I'm very scared

He would probably need to call the law firm to make arrangements. They will be looking at his ability to pay the debt, not yours.
