Hi All,I am fairly new to this forum. I have been on the PDL forum but I got out of that trap, so now I am trying to handle bills I haven't paid!I was ready to make arrangements with the CA's but I have been doing some reading here, and now I am thinking maybe thats not the right thing to do????The three that I mention before have given me the letters stating I have 30 days to say if the debt is valid. How should I proceed???? I can't make payments to the OC anymore since I am assuming they have been sold. How would I make payments and what should I ask for/do so that I can bring my credit rating back up.Thanks so much! This site is a blessing
send both DV(debt validation letters)send them certified mail re
