I just read a post concerning this attorney and wanted to relate my own experiences. I have called a number of different attorneys over the past year seeking anyone who could assist me with my accounts that have been charged off and with third-party collection agencies.
Matt was very open and honest with me. He told me it was not an overnight process and that at least he would get the calls to cease immediately. It took about two months before he was able to settle the majority of my accounts and within six months had all my accounts closed and settled for less than 50% of the original debt and received the $1000 fine for each account due to violations of both a Florida and Federal statute. He told me that they had to pay his attorney fees and we never received a bill from him.
To be honest, it was far less painfull than I originally thought. I was impressed by how easily accessible he was.

It makes my job easier...I heard that I was receiving feedback regarding my services as well as my firm in general from a member of this board.
Thank You...
