can a collection agency contact me if my attorney has not responded to the agencies calls?
Yes they can provided reasonable time and attempts have been mad
Yes they can provided reasonable time and attempts have been made to contact the attorney. The guidelines we worked under was if after 2 weeks and three attempts or messages left for the attorney, we could contact the debtor again.
