So they are calling you between 28-35 times a week? Hey cajun, isn't that a little excessive by fdcpa standards? Sound like they need to tone it down with a C&D letter to keep it in writting.

If they are calling that often it is the definition of harassment to me. Send them a debt validation/ c&d letter certified return receipt restricting communications to written method only.

Maybe I should start calling them that many times per week. Find out what time their call center closes and make my last phone call right before closing time and act like a confused debtor. Make them spend at least an hour on the phone trying to look up my "account"
