Question about Bank Garnishment

I have a question regarding bank account garnishments. I have a business which is run as a sole propriorship and I have a bank account specifically for this business. Can my business bank account be frozen or garnished for my personal cc debt? I live in TX.

I found out that if your business is a corporation or limited partnership your business's bank account can not be touched. But I still haven't found out anything about sole propriorship. Can anyone help me on this one?
