I received a letter from Stephen Bruce & Assoc. Enclosed was a Hearing on Assets form they want me to fill out and mail back to them.
Should I fill it out or ignore it. I'm currently working with an attorney on chapter 7 bk. They are trying to collect for Discover.

They are trying to evaluate how much assets you have. Then they will forward it to Discover who might try to file a case against you and recover the debts by putting up a lien.

Talk to your bankruptcy attorney about your case. If you don't want to lose any of your assets, go for chapter 13. A plan will be set according to your present financial situation and you will be allowed to keep your property. Chapter 7 will liquidate all the assets.

I already paid into bankruptcy court for years then Stephen Bruce and ass. got into my b=heritage account and took out money which was from US Military pension funds and social security funds and money made working in education for the county in which I lived - which is illegal for them to do - they are like thieves who break in an steal from good , honest, hardworking people. It is as though they use psychics who wait until you have money in the bank and steal it. Discover offered % to those who used their credit cards - a % of purchases made with them - then when they did not keep their credit cards. Their methods are dirty........Were they shark lenders or wolves in sheep's clothing
