becoming a repossession agent in georgia?

I would like to know what is required to become a repossession agent in the state of Georgia. Are there any fees? Are there any certifications? Any papers that I will need to have on me when I go to repossess a vehicle? Will I need any special or specific identification? If I need any of this where do I go to get it and will it cost me anything. Thank you in advance for any information you give. Please give accurate and true information.
