2nd call from brn

well just recieved my 2nd call a month apart from better recovery network well the first time I was threated with jail and no payment plan and 800 in 2 hours well this time I got a 5 easy payment of 200 on a 200 dollar loan go figure but I had to do it today or I will be downloaded to the "system" for sueing well after she told me that
I asked her if she could give me a Corp addy well no then asked her if USA payday loan was reg in tx she said yea so I asked for a number well she got pist well I told her hold on a sec let me get my tape recorder then she goes awe you wanna record my exy voice I was like yep then she goes record this hung up
Thanks to this board I was prepared compared to last time thank you so much just hope I did the right thing LOL

Ive heard of the "downloaded" spiel...hehehe...you should tell her next time that you don't want to be downloaded because it tickles and you are super ticklish. :) I would send these losers a DV and C&D.

you did the right thing.any CA that won't give a physical address,send a dunning letter,or demand bank info and threaten to get it is a bottomfeeder.
