do not call them use the number you posted to file complaints and police reports against them.have anybody contacted by this bottomfeeding trash file police reports as well.just know they want to threaten you,and argue with you.

So I went to pick up a work line expecting a call and answered with my name. Not knowing what to do I asked the lady what this was in regards to and she informed me that it was in regards to a fraudulant check from Eastside Lenders in which they tried to take money from my account and it wasn't there so they are saying that they are going to follow through and I will be served a summons and if I fail to do so, blah blah blah blah.She is saying that due to time sensitivity she needs to email documentation on this and that if I don't respond they are following through.

complete bullsh*t as not only is eastside is illegal,but nothing legit was ever done via email.next time don't even let them complete the message.automated or not.just hang up.you should file a police report as that call was illegal.this is not a legit place at all.

They call me back this morning on my cell and on my land line at work. Mr. Miller from BG Capital and Associates called to speak about other options for a settlement with Eastside Lenders. First off I have all of the records of payments with Eastside Lenders. Are they a legal payday loan company in Michigan? Do I just let this go and see where it ends up? This (BG) is the same company that called my parents, my mother and father in-law and my sister-in-law and told them that I was being sued and could go to jail if they don't contact me. I am assuming they just did a people search on the last name and started calling numbers because I never use those names on anything. Any help would be appreciated.

you file AG complaints everytime this loser calls.bottomline eastside is not legal in MI,and BG is a lawbreaking piece of sh*t that needs to be reported not paid.do that and have anybody called by this idiot file police reports as the loser broke the law with those calls.report and ignore.

I have a stellar credit number and fantastic credit report, and these shakedown clowns tried to call me with a recorded message to scare me into giving them info, and informing me of a bogus unpaid bill. These bags and their laughable legal jargon, if you can even call it that, are comical. What a bunch of @$$ bags. They are memorable, ridiculous yes, but memorable.
