B.I.G

I received a phone call from a guy from this company today which I haven't heard from since December. I had sent them an e-mail requesting PIF and that they make all contact through either e-mail or postal mail only, they are not to call me at work or at home. They have continued to call me over the past couple of weeks. Today I told the guy again not to call me at work or at home and that their company is illegal. He said that they don't have to follow the laws in my state, only the UK laws and that I signed the contract knowing that. I was told that we are only required to follow the laws of our state regarding PDL's, is that true?

if it is B.I.G.it more than likely was done
over the phone.that isn't a binding contract
anywhere.if you paid the principal back you
are done with them.know this,they can't do
anything to you except call.to stop the calls
at work either have co-workers tell them you
no longer work there,or file a police report.
tell them you are giong to do this.other than
that do not talk to them, hang up immediately.
talking to them at all only encourages them.
