Follow Up to "Relative Sticking Me With the Bill"

So I need some follow up advice for the above thread. I sent out letters to the three credit reporting bureaus, the creditor and the law form to whom they assigned the case. I know that all the letters were delivered due to deliver confirmation. I received return receipt from the three credit reporting bureaus but nothing from the creditor and attorney. The item is still listed on all three of the credit reports but listed as disputed on two of them.
Do I send out a second round letters? Also it has been well over 30 days. Why haven't I heard from the creditor or attorney as of yet.
Thanks for your advice in advance.

I want to make sure it is taken off. Should I send I send a second set of letters. I also want to see if I can get a letter from them acknowledging that the debt is not mine so if it does pop back up on my credit report later on I can put them on notice.
Thanks.
