I take it this was for debt settlement? If so, did you have enough funds accumulated yet for Mezey to start trying to negotiate settlements for any of your debts?

I found the following in a previous post regarding Mezey...

Attempt to figure out what their settlement strategy is, speak to them. They may not have the cash at hand and/or 'ok' from you to negotiate settlement that may require a little extra from you. They may not be taking you, but moving to an advantageous position to negotiate.
