Blitt and Gaines...believeable?

I too am being threated by Blitt and Gaines...they contacted my employer to verify my employment. They said that they served me with papers in April that I never received and now they want $11,000. What should I do? I already had anoter case with them that I paid in full several months ago and am still waiting for a receipt. I am VERY leary about paying something when I have no proof!! Can someone please help?


i would look into legal action against them.if they did serve papers they would have made sure you got them.i would have your boss force there hand.produce the papers or go away.if they don't, find a lawyer and sue them.also to prove they are lying scum.check with your cort clerk.i'm almost willing to bet they are lying.if they filed papers the clerk should have them.

When I called them last week they claimed they had a signature from my ex-boyfriend (who I lived with at the time) accepting the papers. I told them I never recived them and assked for proof..they told me it already went to court and "they won" and now I have to pay. I still want written proof!!!

i would still check with your court clerk.if they supposedly won it would be on record with them.do not trust this bottomfeeding scumeater.
