Blitt and Gaines...believeable?

Bliit and Gaines has sent my employer paperwork to fill out regarding garnishing my wages for over $10,000 due to oweing so called Household Bank money? I don't find the papaerwork to be very legitatmate and my employer is going to fill it out. I have contacted Blitt to veryify the debt but they will not send me any information. Can anyone help regarding this matter or is it too late?

Do they have a court order? If not then what they may be doing is a voluntary wage assignment. Without a court order they can't "garnish" your wages, but they can take your wages if you signed a voluntary wage assignment when you obtained this loan. You can always revoke the wage assignment.
