This company has been harrassing me since 3/28/2012. I received a email stating that I had been approved for a loan and to call to complete the application. I immediately emailed them that I did not apply for a loan and pending transaction was not authorized. The next day, I get another email stating they received my e-signature and that my account will be funded. I was out of town, and did not have access to a computer so, I definitely did not sign anything. I immediately call, and tell the representative, that I did not authorize or apply for a loan, she states that my account has already been funded. So, I procede to ask for the last four digits of the bank account, and I was given a number to a closed bank account. So I said, that is not my bank account and that I did not receive any funds.

They are still emailing and calling me at work regarding this account. I have asked for proof of the loan, including signed documents, however they have been uncooperative. The bank account in question is closed due to previous PDL's overdrawing the account, so I can't verify if a deposit was actually made. But if it was, the bank kept the money.

How do I get them to stop calling me.

Check with your current bank account and see if there are any discrepancies. All in all, Bottom Dollar is an off shore illegal lender so you don't have to bother about them. Ask your employer/receptionist/HR department to ignore such calls and tell them you are being targeted by scammers. Ignore the calls made to your personal phone as well.
