Judgement

I have First card credit card debt that have civil judgement dated 1/1994. It has now been purchased by Bowman, HentZ and Boscia and received verified motion for proceedings supplemental. I checked my file in the small claims court and noted that the notices had been sent to my old address and thus I have judgement against me. This does not show up on my credit report 2004 and recent 01/2009.
I am unable to find legal help in the city to find out about SOL. I have made contact with the law firm that is represnting the debt collector.
The initial judgement entered 1/994 was for $2355 and now $4117.
I would like to settle the debt but unsure how to make sure that this matter is discharged properly.
