this is a scam,and everything he said was nothing more than a scare tactic.he cannot do any of that.none of it.let's go over his stupidity.

he will have you arrested...false debts are civil matters only
he will suspend your license...false again only parking,taffic tickets can get your license suspended
you can't file for BK...false,mainly because chances are this pdl you had was illegal.therefore the contract if there even was one is illegal as well.

bottom line scam.this guy is mutated body waste that should be in jail himself,not paid.file police reports for the harrassing call,and file an AG complaint.the number that came up on caller id should be enough to file.again another humanoid making illegal threats.treat it as such,and don't give him a thing.

The owner of this company is Sean Millard...He resides at 216 Enchanted Forest North Depew NY 14043....He goes by the names Mr. Rogers, Mr. Miller, and Mr. Lewis...He does not have any license to collect in any other state but New York and that may not be valid also..He is a Crook, Scam, Bottom of the barrel, Piece of S****..... He will keep pulling money out of your checking account even though you have paid the debt completly off...He will never refund you your money back and needs to be stopped...His practices are ILLEGAL and need to be reported as soon as this guy calls you or attempts to ask your for your bank information. He is not legally able to collect any of this debt he claims he ownes and if everyone gets together and stops his tactics and reports him to Mr. Como he will be shut down and arrested for fraud and theft. He owes many debtors refunds and will not pay them back..He will say he mailed out your check and you will never see a dime. He blames it on his prior employees and he is one that is doing everything. He is only one who is able to process a check of yours out of his office and he will scam debtors out of their money and resubmit checks that have cleared the bank prior just to make payroll for his very small company and to have fun....He needs to be stopped and investigated...You now have his current address and can now not have to deal with his PO Box with issues. He is hides from all debtors and again his real name is Sean Millard and needs to be stopped....He is about to change company names and locations but I will update all of you once I get the information...His current buisness is an LLC....He is going to reopen as an LLC and needs to be stopped before it happens...Again I will let everyone know his new buisness name which is about to open soon and will be same as Brewer Michaels and Kane just a different name to protect himself from lawsuits that he has many of...Repost this ad if reading and submit this post all over his sites and internet.
