I contacted Brown, Myers, & Associates yesterday twice to speak with the representative who is handling my case, she never contacted me. Today, I called back again and was connected with whom I guess was the supervisor. I wanted to change my date of payment because the funds would not be available, she informed me that I could not do that, and to make sure the funds were available because the attorey's have already signed off on my paperwork. I kept telling her that the funds would not be available, but she wouldn't listen.

She even informed me that she would put notes in my file and inform the attorny's that I had called, but please make sure the funds are available.

My question is what can they do to me if the funds are not available even after I contacted them and informed them that the funds may not be available?
